EasySell Alternative: Cartsaver vs EasySell
EasySell and Cartsaver both help Shopify Cash on Delivery stores cut fake orders, but they lead with different tools. EasySell is a mobile-first COD order form with upsells, OTP by SMS or WhatsApp, and blocking rules. Cartsaver is WhatsApp-first: it confirms each COD order with one tap on WhatsApp, then handles updates, cross-sell and reviews in the same chat.
Both apps offer a one-page COD form; Cartsaver’s is Fast Checkout, a one-page COD checkout form for Shopify with OTP built in.

Who should choose which?
Section titled “Who should choose which?”Choose EasySell if the order form is your main sales tool: a flexible form, upsell and downsell funnels, partial COD deposits and IP blocking at a low entry price, with nearly a thousand reviews behind it. Choose Cartsaver if you want verification and the whole post-order conversation on WhatsApp.
EasySell is the better choice if you:
- want an upsell funnel inside the COD form, with bundles, quantity offers and sequential upsells;
- want partial COD deposits, which Cartsaver doesn’t offer;
- need IP blocking, or exports to Google Sheets;
- want a form in a language Cartsaver’s admin doesn’t cover;
- value 988 reviews over Cartsaver’s 61.
Cartsaver is the better choice if you:
- want every COD order confirmed with one tap on WhatsApp, with unconfirmed orders flagged or cancelled automatically;
- want order notifications, cross-sell, review requests and an order-status auto-reply in the same WhatsApp chat;
- want the official WhatsApp Business API stated, and your own WhatsApp number on Scale and Ultra;
- want Shopify Flow triggers when a customer confirms, cancels or times out.
Is the order form or the WhatsApp follow-up more important for COD?

If shoppers drop off before ordering, or your margin depends on upsells in the form, the form matters more and EasySell has more controls there. Can I use EasySell and Cartsaver together?
Section titled “Can I use EasySell and Cartsaver together?”Possibly, but test it first. Cartsaver’s WhatsApp confirmation runs on any Shopify order saved with a Cash on Delivery payment method (and on Fast Checkout orders). An order from EasySell’s form is covered only if it reaches Shopify that way. Place a test order through the form and check that the WhatsApp confirmation arrives.
How is each one priced?
Section titled “How is each one priced?”EasySell charges by orders a month: 60 free, then 440 or 10,000 orders with $0.05 for each extra order, or unlimited on its top plan, and SMS or WhatsApp messages are charged separately. Cartsaver charges by WhatsApp and SMS messages a month, and every confirmation, notification or reminder uses one. Compare against your own order and message volume.
