Install the app
In this first step you’ll add Cartsaver to your store from the Shopify App Store. The install is free — you won’t be charged unless you later upgrade to a paid plan.
1. Open the app’s listing
Section titled “1. Open the app’s listing”With your Shopify admin signed in, open:
apps.shopify.com/cartsaver-otp-cod
Or search the Shopify App Store for Cartsaver — the app should
appear in the top results.
2. Click “Install”
Section titled “2. Click “Install””From the listing, click Install (or Add app). Shopify will redirect you to your store’s admin to complete the install.
3. Review the permissions
Section titled “3. Review the permissions”Shopify will show a list of scopes Cartsaver needs. These are required for OTP verification, order updates, message delivery, and Fast Checkout.
Click Install app to approve.
4. Open the Cartsaver dashboard
Section titled “4. Open the Cartsaver dashboard”The app opens inside your Shopify admin. A short setup wizard appears asking for basic information (country, preferred channel, language). You can skip it and come back any time.
What’s next
Section titled “What’s next”Continue to Choose a verification channel to pick how Cartsaver delivers OTPs to your customers.
Verify it works
Section titled “Verify it works”- Cartsaver appears under Apps in your Shopify admin.
- Opening it loads the dashboard inside Shopify (no external redirect).
- No red banner warnings appear at the top of the screen.
