This section walks you through every setting screen in the Cartsaver admin, one feature at a time. Each page ends with a Verify it works checklist so you know the change is live before moving on.

  • WhatsApp Order Confirmation — Confirmation Message Delay, Auto-fulfill, Pending Order Action, and Additional info.
  • Customer Survey — post-delivery rating prompt with rating-based follow-ups.
  • Order Inquiry — inbound WhatsApp auto-reply: support phone, carrier mapping, invoice expiry, and Buy It Again toggle.
