Configuration
This section walks you through every setting screen in the Cartsaver admin, one feature at a time. Each page ends with a Verify it works checklist so you know the change is live before moving on.
Core features
Section titled “Core features”- WhatsApp Order Confirmation — Confirmation Message Delay, Auto-fulfill, Pending Order Action, and Additional info.
- Customer Survey — post-delivery rating prompt with rating-based follow-ups.
- Order Inquiry — inbound WhatsApp auto-reply: support phone, carrier mapping, invoice expiry, and Buy It Again toggle.
Verification & connectivity
Section titled “Verification & connectivity”- OTP channels — pick default and fallback channels, add country routing.
- Pre-checkout blocks — add the Fast Checkout block to your theme.
Messaging operations
Section titled “Messaging operations”- Cross-sell sources — choose between Manual Selection, Collection, or Shopify Recommendations.
- Abandoned cart rules — set timing, channels, and discount codes for recovery messages.
- Languages & translations — manage Arabic, English, Urdu, and Hindi customer messages.
- Glossary — a quick reference for every Cartsaver term and where it appears in the admin.
