• Under 10 COD orders per month — start on Free to validate the workflow against your customers and store.
• 50 to 500 orders per month — Advanced is the most cost-effective fit.
• 500 to 5,000 orders per month — Unlimited gives you message headroom and unlimited Fast Checkout.
• More than 5,000 orders per month — Scale provides the highest ceiling and 24/7 priority support for peak periods (sales seasons, product launches, Black Friday).

Frequently asked billing questions

What happens if I hit my message quota?

You’ll see a banner in the Cartsaver dashboard and can upgrade instantly from the same screen. See Billing and quota for details.

Do SMS and WhatsApp share the same quota?

Yes. Every outbound message (OTP, order notification, cart recovery) counts as one message against your plan limit.

Can I try features before paying?

Yes — start on the Free plan and upgrade whenever you’re ready. All your settings carry over when you change plans.
